May Update COVID 19 Shipping Delays
Dear e-commerce customers
SHIPPING DELAYS COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT – Due to the statewide stay-at-home order in New Jersey, our distribution center may experience a delay so our normal 24-72 processing hours can take up to the full 72 business hours (not including weekends and holidays) before a package is shipped out.
Once a package is ready for shipment, a tracking email will be sent out and it can take up to 5 days for the information to update as it will be handed off to USPS. This change is effective for all orders starting May 1, 2020.
NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we have noticed that USPS are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently for up to 5 business days for Tracking to update once you have received a Tracking email.
